A headless statue and a crossbow are just a couple of the more bizarre things that have washed ashore on our beaches lately. This morning, one such discovery caught the eye of Carlsbad Patch editor Deanne Goodman.
She happened upon the dead bird in Cardiff, and though she’s no expert, knew it was not one you commonly see on our beaches. We’re hoping to learn more about what type of bird this may be. If you’re a birdwatcher, help us out. Tell us in the comments below what sort of bird you think this is.
