Poll: Should Gambling Be Legalized Everywhere in San Diego County?

Horse racing and Indian Casinos draw millions to county, so why not open gaming to cities?

You can buy lottery tickets at the corner store, travel to eight Indian casinos in the county—or fight traffic to bet on the ponies starting today at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. The 75th anniversary of horse racing here underlines the history of gambling in San Diego County. But why stop there? With cities strapped for cash, should they be allowed to launch their own gaming halls?
