Two Southbound Interstate 5 Lanes Reopen After Crash is Cleared
A crash was reported Wednesday afternoon.

The two left lanes on the southbound side of Interstate 5 have reopened after a car crash was cleared north of Encinitas Boulevard, according to Caltrans.
No injuries were been reported.
