Encinitas Sheriff's Dept. Arrests 11 People on Outstanding Warrant Charges

The Sheriff's Department is continuing its Holiday Watch operations to keep you safe. 

On Friday, December 13th, the Encinitas Sheriff's Station and the Sheriff's Court Services Bureau looked for people with outstanding warrants. The warrant sweep was conducted in Carlsbad, Encinitas, Del Mar, Solana Beach, 4S Ranch, and Rancho Santa Fe from 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

Eleven people were arrested on DUI, drug and driving offenses. A total of 14 misdemeanor warrants were cleared. The suspects were all taken to Vista Jail. 

Deputies left notices regarding clearing a warrant for those who were not home or at work during the warrant sweep. 

People with outstanding warrants are encouraged to turn themselves in Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at any one of the Sheriff's Court Facilities:http://goo.gl/y035S. For more information on warrants and bail notices, visit http://goo.gl/5D7kyn.
