A man who allegedly exposed himself to a pedestrian as she was walking her dog through was arrested nearby a short time later, a sheriff's official reported.
The woman was strolling through the park shortly after 8 a.m. when Kori Adam Prince, 29, allegedly emerged from a patch of foliage, grabbed her and exposed himself to her, Lt. Kenn Nelson said.
The victim was able to pull free and run to safety, Nelson said. She then made a 911 call and gave dispatchers a description of the flasher.
Deputies searched the area on foot and aboard a sheriff's helicopter, finding the suspect near the north end of the park.
After the woman identified him, Prince was arrested and booked into county jail on suspicion of sexual battery and indecent exposure, the lieutenant said.
