The Red Flag warning for San Diego County inland valleys and mountains, including the Palomar and Descanso Ranger Districts of the Cleveland National Forest, will expire at 5 p.m. for gusty winds and low humidities, according to the National Weather Service.
The winds have weakened, but humidities remain low, the NWS reports.
