Man Finds Mystery Condom in His Home

A rundown of calls to the O.C. Sheriff’s Department, Jan. 18–19.

A caller reported that he found a bloody condom inside his house, and he didn’t know who it belonged to. The incident occurred on Friday, January 18 at 11:22 a.m. at the 0 block of Pearl.

Here are more items from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department blotter. All incidents were reported within Laguna Niguel unless otherwise noted.

Saturday, Jan. 19:

Disturbance 5:46 p.m. 28800 block of Moulton Parkway. A caller reported that small children aged 5-8 years old were running around near the Palms apartment complex, chasing each other with sticks. The caller believed that their parents were not properly supervising their children.

Disturbance 8:14 a.m. 30900 block of Club House Drive. A caller reported that his upstairs neighbor runs on a treadmill every morning, and shakes his residence. He tried knocking on his door, but his neighbor wouldn’t answer.

Suspicious Person 2:18 p.m. Pacific Coast Highway/Monarch Bay Plaza. A male was reportedly on the bus screaming and yelling profanity. The subject was a 50-year-old man in a wheelchair. (Dana Point)

Friday, Jan. 18:

Suspicious Person 4:46 p.m. 28900 block of the street of the Golden Lantern. A caller reported that a horrible odor was coming from a spa there for two days. He thought the owners were trying to cover up drug use.

Disturbance 4:03 p.m. 0 block of Aruba Street. A stepfather reportedly hit his stepson with a hockey stick and tried to attack him with scissors. According to call history, the stepson was schizophrenic. He was taken to Mission Hospital.
