Sheriff's Blotter: Accused Burglar Remains Jailed

Items of note from the Encinitas station of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department as of Dec. 20, 2011.

Unless otherwise noted, suspects were booked into the County Jail in Vista.

Junior Alejandro Aguilar, 21, was arrested on suspicion of felony vehicle burglary at 3:29 a.m. Dec. 13 at Liverpool Drive and Montgomery Avenue. Records show he remains jailed on $40,000 bail on suspicion of reckless driving, receiving stolen property and burglary. A court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 23.

Tyler Love, 19, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a  vessel reported stolen by another agency in the 700 block of Plato Place at 8 p.m. Dec. 18. The vessel, which was not described in the report, was reported stolen by a 65-year-old man.

Two juveniles were detained by deputies called to the 1900 block of Country Grove Lane to investigate a report of a disturbance shortly before 2 a.m. Dec. 18. The juveniles were detained on a curfew violation that is being handled within the department, according to a report.

Samantha Denise Lovett, 46, was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant after being contacted in the 1400 block of North Coast Highway 101 at 3:35 p.m. Dec. 18. Records show a court appearance scheduled Dec. 23 on an allegation of possessing a controlled substance. Bail was $27,777.

An 18-year-old man was arrested after a complaint of an adult in possession of marijuana on school grounds at San Dieguito, 800 Santa Fe Drive, shortly before 10 a.m. Dec. 16. The 12th grader was released after a signed promise to appear on the misdemeanor allegation.

A 22-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant in the 400 block of West B Street shortly at 7:29 p.m. Dec. 16. Records Show Farzad John Daftari remains jailed without bail pending a Dec. 22 court appearance to answer a charge of selling/transporting marijuana.

A juvenile was arrested following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Encinitas Boulevard at 5 p.m. Dec. 15. The juvenile is being referred to juvenile court following the misdemeanor drunken driving allegation, along with infractions of running a red light, possessing marijuana while driving and violating a vehicle code against driving without supervised training by an adult 25 years or older.

Deputies called to investigate a report of begging arrested a 51-year-old man on an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant in the 600 block of South Coast Highway 101 at 2:21 p.m. Dec. 13.

An unidentified juvenile was detained after deputies were called to investigate a report of a battery on a minor in the 800 block of Santa Fe Drive at 11:25 a.m. Dec. 13. The matter is being handled within the department as a juvenile case, according to a report.
