Sheriff's Dept. Asking for Help finding Missing 41-Year-Old Encinitas Resident
Kimberly "Kim" Jo Evans, is a white female 41 years old, 5' 6", 110 lbs., brown eyes and reddish brown hair.
On April 30, 2013, at about 10:45 a.m., Kim Evans left her residence in Encinitas, and was last seen by her mother. Kim has not been taking her medications. Kim left on foot, taking a suitcase and clothing with her. Kim did not have a cell phone. She did not have a vehicle and was known to use public transportation.

Kim was last seen wearing a green plaid blouse and green shorts.
