During , city staff hopes to hear resident feedback on several issues, including access to local and healthy food, personal safety, and safe pedestrian and bicycle routes. Anyone who would like to weigh in on the issues is encouraged to attend the workshop at 6 p.m. inside the , 1140 Oakcrest Park Dr.

Although public health studies are not required by law, more California cities are electing to do them in conjuction with general plans, as many of the issues overlap.
