The city of Encinitas celebrated the opening of Fire Station #2 Friday and a lot of attendees and I were baffled by a tower, which has a very vital role, as it turns out.
The first person to write a comment correctly stating the tower’s role will receive a $5 gift card to Global Grind Coffee at the Encinitas Library.
