Support special interests, not the residents. Moody, temperamental, disrespectful and condescending of his colleagues, and the residents. Think the city's finances are great and that a no tune-up of the city pension system is necessary. Favors I-5 expansion, train station in Leucadia. Loves the addition of WalMart in Encinitas "great tax-revenue maker, promote competition". Backed by developers and builders. Wants more property tax revenues and sales tax revenues to pay for the bulging city budget. Don't vote for Stocks. 12 year of him is plenty enough.

What kind of colleges are "FHSU" and "CSUN", where are they, did he graduate and if so, when and with a degree in what?? Please Encinitas, don't vote for him.

What a joke for a mayor, is a liar, a bully, and is very corrupt
