Slater-Price Recognizes Encinitas' Anniversary

The Supervisor awarded a County proclamation in honor of the milestone.

The City of Encinitas its 25th anniversary this month, and to recognize the milestone, Supervisor Pam Slater-Price awarded a County proclamation to city officials.

Here, Slater-Price presents the presents the proclamation to Encinitas Councilwoman Teresa Barth (right) and deputy city manager Richard Phillips.

“The natural beauty of Encinitas makes it a spectacular and highly-desirable place to live,” said Slater-Price, who served on the Encinitas City Council from 1988 to 1992.
