December Market Round Up: 82 Homes for Sale

Encinitas currently has 82 single-family detached homes active for sale on the market, which is down from 100 homes in October. The home on Clark is still the lowest price home for sale in Encinitas at $430,000. The most expensive is still the home on Neptune asking 6.95 million. November saw the sale of 43 homes with an average price of $858,961. The lowest sale last month was 855 Del Rio Ave at $450,000 and the highest was 1102 Double Ranch at 2.195 Million.

Detached homes in North County decreased 0.52 percent in October 2012 to $477,500 compared to $480,000 in September 2012. Year-over median price in North San Diego County increased 16.73 percent compared to $409,058 reported in October 2011, the third monthly year-over price increase and highest year-over increase since summer 2010.
