Encinitas Real Estate News for September: 45 Homes Sold at Average of $943K

The lowest price was $460,000—and the highest was a staggering $3.5 million.

Encinitas currently has 96 active single family detached homes on the market with an average asking price of $1,580,000. The average "time on market" or "Days On Market" (DOM) has been 70 days.

For the month of September, Encinitas saw 45 single-family detached homes sell at an average price of $943,140 with a DOM of 68 days. 

As for the low and high for homes sold in Encinitas, the lowest price home sold was 1606 Tennis Match Way at $460,000 and the highest for the month was 3113 Camino Del Rancho coming in at a whopping $3.5 million, which was well below the sellers asking price of $4.999 million!

Now the median-priced single-family detached (SFD) home in North San Diego County increased 3.81 percent from $439,250 in July 2012 to $456,000 in August 2012. Year-over median SFD price in North San Diego County jumped 5.33 from $432,918 in August 2011, the highest year-over increase since January 2011.
