January Market Round Up: 80 Homes for Sale in Encinitas

Year-over median price in North San Diego County increased 18.25 percent.

Encinitas currently has 80 single-family detached homes active on the market with only 9 homes of those homes under $700,000.

Encinitas saw 44 homes sell in December with an average sales price of $975,907

The lowest priced home to sell was 1743 Old Mills Rd at $380,000, which was well below market value and the high was 503 Ocean Bluff Way at $2.1 million.

Detached homes in North County increased 1.03 percent in December 2012 to $489,500 compared to $484,500 in November 2012. Year-over median price in North San Diego County jumped 18.25 percent compared to $413,938 reported in December 2011, the fifth consecutive month of year-over price increases.
