March Market Round Up: 85 Homes for Sale in Encinitas
Year-over median price in North San Diego County increased 13.86 percent.
Detached homes in North County increased 1.61 percent in February 2013 to $472,500 compared to $465,000 in January 2013. Year-over median price in North San Diego County increased 13.86 percent compared to $415,000 reported in February 2012. Year-over median price has increased seven straight months, with the last six months exceeding 10 percent.
