The Sheridan property is a prime piece of land for this area. Rarely is there ever property seen in this area with the feel of an "isolated, Shangri-La type" location while actually being close to everything. The freeway sound isn't even an issue due to the positioning of the home. If the house had been bigger it would have easily gone for a million more. If comparing to homes back east...our climate and location are everything.
