Santa Fe Business Park, a 6,896-square-foot office condominium property at 179 Calle Magdalena in Encinitas, sold for $1.68 million.
The buyers were John C. Fitzpatrick and Deborah E. Fitzpatrick, trustees of the Fitzpatrick Family Trust, according to The Daily Transcript. The seller was Harold Investments LP.
The newspaper noted that the two-story property consists of two units: a 3,424-square-foot suite and a 3,472-square foot suite.
