Citizen to File FPPC Complaint Against San Dieguito Superintendent

A local citizen said he plans to file a complaint with the state against the San Dieguito Union High School District superintendent, according to the North County Times.

Gary Gonsalves claims Superintendent Ken Noah violated state law when he spoke about Proposition AA, a bond measure, at back-to-school meetings, according to the newspaper.

Noah said he presented "factual" information while Gonsalves said he was promoting the ballot measure. Gonsalves said he plans to file a complaint with the California Fair Political Practices Commission, according to the newspaper.
