The League of Women Voters North County San Diego and Friends of the Encinitas Library will host Dr. Nigella Hillgarth, Executive Director of Birch Aquarium.
Dr. Hillgarth will discuss recent Scripps Institution of Oceanography research on climate change, ocean pollution, and other current and important ocean-related work now being carried out at SIO.
