Teen Spirit Night

A Girls' Night of Fun at the Soul of Yoga!

Join teen yoga teachers Lindsay Russo & Carly Mentlik for a night of exploring creativity, dancing, laughing, connecting with old friends and making some new ones! There will be a mix of discussion, reflection and activities that help ignite each individual's "superpowers".

Whether you are an artist, a singer, a dancer, a comedian, actress, gymnast, or even a poet who doesn't  know it, you will be encouraged to shine!

When it's time to wind down from all the fun, we'll finish the evening with a mellow, all-levels yoga session,
inspired by the group's insights and creative expression, along with a soothing, guided meditation featuring the healing sounds of the crystal bowls. This is sure to be an amazing way to spend a Friday evening with friends...and to make new ones!

In an effort of provide the appropriate amount of supplies and light healthy snacks, pre-registration is requested.

Suggested donation is $20 per girl*

*We wouldn't want anyone to miss out due to lack of funds. Please e-mail teenyogasoul@gmail.com so we can make a special arrangement in advance if needed.
