Are you stressed out? Literally uptight? The regular stretching and breathing exercises of Iyengar yoga may help you to relax, sleep better and gain flexibility. Yoga meets you at your present level of flexibility and strength. Iyengar yoga is not an aerobic exercise; our studio is not heated and stress on the body is minimized. We work with all yoga beginners to assist in achieving each pose, sometimes using props, like blankets or blocks. Classes are held seven days per week with beginner classes available Sunday through Thursday.
