Mandala Learning Teen Yoga is coming to Bindu Yoga Studio!
All classes incorporate an introduction to Prana Flow yoga with meditation, journaling and a variety of creative self-learning activities. This approach facilitates teens in learning how to actively apply the principles of yoga off the mat, in support of what's most important in their lives.
*Students will have the space not only to experience the benefits of the physical practice of yoga, but also to have a safe place to disucss their feelings and learn about themselves in a way that is not offered in school *

-Classes will be taught by Carly Mentlik who has 3 years experience teaching yoga to teens and over 14 years experience teaching, counseling, mentoring and interviewing teens as well as extensive experience researching and studying adolescent social & emotional development.
