Have you ever considered becoming a yoga teacher and wonder what is involved in the process? Whether you are interested in teaching yoga or taking a training to deepen your own practice you are cordially invited to attend our FREE informational gathering. The components of The Sundara 200 Hour Training's unique curriculum will be discussed and there will be plenty of time for Q & A.
Sundara College 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a spiritual training in Raja Yoga, which is the complete and harmonious development of body, mind, heart and soul. It includes the major components of the various systems of yoga: Principles for balanced living, right osture/alignment, life force (energy control), concentration and meditation. Sundara empowers each student to tap into their innate gifts and passions, to teach from a place of authenticity and trust and embrace who you truly are.

Module A: July 12-21
Module B: September 29-October 6
The Sundara 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is approved by THE YOGA ALLIANCE, the internationally recognized registry association for yoga teachers.
