In an effort to rally behind the funding for renovations on the skate park, the Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA Skate Department will host the 2nd annual Skate and Music Festival.
The event will be free, open to the public and will focus on celebrating the sport of skateboarding, local musical acts and enjoying our community. There will be five bands performing in the Street Course, pro demos to watch and food provided by Bull Taco and Whole Foods.
The World's Largest Skateboard will be on display along with a silent auction and opportunity drawings to support the rebuild campaign.
