The good news for this morning's surf report is that the water temp, although still well below normal, has creeped up a couple degrees to 63.
But it's another day of piddly knee to waist-high surf with crossed up swell lines, mostly weak SW groundswell. There's trace NW wind, gently blowing at 3 knots and will kick up to 10 knots by afternoon.
Tide is going out until 11:15 a.m. when it reaches 2.65 feet. 5:50 p.m. marks high tide at 5.8 feet, so look for early afternoon surf to possibly be a little better than this morning's weak, sectiony session.
