Encinitas Surf Report & Forecast: Nov. 14-15

Smaller; outgoing tide will bring surfable waves.

Waves are much smaller than the past few days with no storm activity kicking up any raw power. Another morning of very high tides prevents most breaks from seeing continuous lines; it's broken up, soft and sectiony.

Hopefully by early afternoon the drained out tide will yield some more productive sessions.

High tide is at 10:00 a.m. at 6 feet; low tide is at 5:30 p.m., right at around 0 feet.

Both SW and NW ground swell energy has faded. Winds are calm and should remain so throughout.

Water temp is 59-60.
