Surf Report & Forecast for Oct.18-19

Dense Fog Advisory and small surf.

Thick fog and light rain is making it nearly impossible to view wave activity from onshore but call it knee high, possibly waist high on rare sets.

It's very inconsistent with virtually no lines visible marching in towards shore.

Water temp is 63.

Late afternoon sessions will hopefully be at least a bit more punchy with fairer weather.

For tomorrow, Wednesday the 19th, weak tracer SW piddlers remain in the 1-2 foot range. A slight bump in SW can be expected but not until Thursday; it could, however, start showing up late tomorrow afternoon, increasing wave heights to waist-chest high.
