Fun, Free Family Event: YMCA Healthy Kids Day
The Encinitas community is invited to have some fun at the YMCA this Saturday from 11-2
Weekends are a great time to exhaust your kids with physical activity! And this weekend the can help you check that off of your to-do list.
Healthy Kids Day will be held from 11am to 2pm on this Saturday, April 28 in the Northwest parking lot of the YMCA on Saxony Road. You do not have to be a YMCA member; the community is welcome at this free event.
There will be fitness challenges appropriate for children ages 5-12 years. Other ways to get your kids moving include a jumpy, obstacle course and a rock climbing wall. There will be crafts for kids who get too tired and food will be available.

In addition, there will be police and fire personnel there with their vehicles for the kids to check out. And search and rescue dogs!
