Drowning in paper? Do you have old bank statements or personal records you want to get rid of but worry about identity theft? EDCO and the City of Encinitas are sponsoring a free shredding event on Saturday, April 14, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Encinitas City Hall, 505 S. Vulcan ave. Limit two bankers boxes.
