$2.2 Million Encinitas House Up for Raffle

A $150 raffle ticket could be the key to a $2.2 million dollar Encinitas home for one lucky winner of this year’s Dream House Raffle, which benefits the Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego.

The 4,600-square-foot home sits on a 2.5-acre lot and features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, an entertainment room with pool table, a guest suite, and an outdoor pool and spa.

Raffle tickets cost $150 each and help raise money for the Ronald McDonald House of San Diego, which provides a comforting home and supportive services – including food and lodging – to families with critically ill or injured children being treated at local hospitals.

Tickets are available now through May 4 and can be purchased by calling 888-824-9939 or visiting sdraffle.com for a registration form. Raffle participants who purchase tickets soon can also take advantage of more than 100 other prizes – including vacations, sports cars and cash prizes – available at early bird drawings leading up to the grand prize drawing May 19 (a schedulue of those drawings is below). 

The 2012 Dream House Raffle early bird prizes include a Toyota Prius, Sea-Doo Speedster, a European vacation package, a Vespa motor scooter and up to $25,000 cash. Purchasing multiple tickets gives participants a chance to win exclusive prizes, including a 2012 Porsche Boxster, in the Multi-Ticket Drawing. Telling friends to purchase tickets will give raffle participants the opportunity to win a 2012 Smart Car in the Refer-A-Friend Drawing.
