Volunteer Drivers Needed to Help Homebound Encinitas Seniors
There is a waiting list of senior citizens in need of a volunteer driver so anyone interested in giving back to the community is highly encouraged to apply.
Do you have a few hours a week to help a homebound senior citizen by driving them to the grocery store, pharmacy, bank, etc? Travel arrangements are made between the passenger and volunteer driver based on driver availability. Volunteer drivers receive mileage reimbursement. There is a waiting list of senior citizens in need of a volunteer driver so we encourage anyone interested in giving back to the community to apply.
