Bliss Yoga
Bliss Yoga was founded more than 10 years ago by Lorraine Salgueiro on Highway 101 in Leucadia. The teachers at Bliss are experts in a wide variety of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram and Anusara. Salgueiro and her five teachers hold eight classes a week, including the weekends. A class is even held on 9am on holidays. Single classes are $15, a one-month unlimited pass is $150 and a six-month unlimited pass is $800.
