Owner and executive chef Hideharu Saito opened this sushi bar and restaurant in Encinitas in 2007 after an extensive career in the food industry. The restaurant has a soft elegant setting featuring a black marble sushi bar and modern lighting. The chefs pride themselves in the art of preparation and presentation of the sushi.
