Every dish served at Fulano's is freshly made on the premises. In fact, the kitchen doesn't even have a freezer. Owner John Portilla has been serving authentic Mexican cuisine at this location for more than 15 years. The chile relleno is a local favorite, along with the fried chicken quesadillas. Fresh fish is available on the weekends. Fulano's has a full bar. Margaritas are the most popular cocktail at this small, booth-free eatery. Bring enough cash for the entire bill, since that's the only form of payment accepted.
