Legend Nails opened in 2004 and has been a neighborhood favorite ever since. Kai and the rest of the staff are friendly; they really do treat their customers as if they were family. The services are moderately priced, and the salon is clean. It is easy to see why so many of their customers come back time and again. Manicure/pedicures start at $30.
