The key to Ortho's low prices is that many of the mattresses are factory direct, meaning they are produced in-house and thus offer more reliable quality and slash shipping and middleman costs to a minimum. However, Ortho is also licensed to sell Sealy, Simmons Beautyrest, and Stearns & Foster mattresses in their showrooms. The company also offers other products including wooden, metal, and premium bed and daybeds, as well as accessories such as pillows and bed frames.
