Pei Wei Asian Diner
The Pei Wei in the Plaza Encinitas Ranch opened in 2002, serving fresh fare from five different Asian cultures: Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean and Vietnamese. Small plates range from a cup of soup for $2.25 to six vegetable spring rolls for $6.95; noodles and rice bowls are $6.95; and signature dishes are $7.25-$9.00. Choose from chicken, beef, shrimp and vegetables prepared a dozen different ways. Pei Wei has a party menu with items that serve five to seven adults for special events.
