Raul's has been part of the Encinitas downtown community since 1985. This small Mexican food shop offers delicious burritos and tacos for low prices, just a few blocks from Moonlight beach. A customer can get pretty much anything on the menu for under $5. Local favorites include the carne asada burrito, rolled tacos and the vegetarian burrito.
