<p>Rubio's is the Mexican fast food chain that put fish tacos on the map nationally. Though Rubio's specializes in fish tacos, there are a variety of other items on the menu that adhere to the fast-food Mexican seafood theme.</p> <p>Items may be ordered a la carte or as a part of combinations that include a side of either rice and beans or chips, plus a drink. The menu also includes the usual taco shop fare like steak and chicken tacos/burritos, quesadillas and enchiladas plus fresh salads and other health-conscious options.</p>
