Sage Grill offers somewhat upscale dining making it unique in its suburban shopping mall location. The menu and wine list are similar to what one would expect to find at a downtown or waterfront restaurant, offering an international and eclectic selection of seafood, steak, appetizers, fresh salads and the like. Sage Grill has champagne brunch on Sundays that features a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes and, of course, champagne.
