Via Italia Trattoria offers some of the highest quality and tasty pizzas and pastas in Encinitas and the eatery features a relaxed atmosphere with a gorgeous interior. The always smiling owner, Paolo Pedrazzani, moved from Milan in 1993 and now operates the restaurant exclusively. The restaurant also sells gourmet antipasti and chicken, seafood and meat selections. There is a full bar and impressive wine selection.
