I see my writing and coaching as a gift I give to myself and others.  I have often been at a "cross-roads" in my life and I know how it feels to be scared, sad, paralyzed and praying for my higher power to "crack the door" to a brighter future. Thinking is necessary, anxiously spinning in your head is optional.  Together, we can both have peace in our hearts.
