Born in Tidewater VA, I grew up surfing and fishing the Outer Banks of North Carolina. I started cooking at age 15 and found a career that I love. I Attend culinary school at Johnson and Wales University in Rode Island, and currently the General Manager of The Terrace Restaurant and Bar in Poway.
