paid parking in State Parks lots. Sponsored by Friends of Cardiff and Carlsbad
State Beaches. Donations encouraged, Bring Your Own Change for Carnival
Games.Free Family Halloween Event at the San Elijo Campfire Center. Come Enjoy
Carnival Games, Deep Sea Educational Booths, Prizes, Costume Contest, Popcorn
and Entertainment by Ladies Love Outlaws Rockabilly Band.
